OUR RESERVATION POLICY
First leisure and property hotspots worldwide have a refundable reservation fee policy. Which enables you to hold an apartment for up to thirty days without committing to the purchase. The cost is 1,000 gbp per apartment, this will enable you to do any further due diligence prior to signing your contract when all reservation fees become non refundable and your first payment becomes due. We will also accept verbal reservations without a deposit or a completed reservation form but only for 72 hours. All reservation fees paid are then deducted from your first payment. All contracts automatically supersede reservation forms and must be adhered to by both parties.
